Yes. After settling on your preferred itinerary, our experts will make a provisional booking to hold every element (except flights) of your trip. These are valid for approximately 2 weeks before it’s released to other waiting travelers, so you have a chance to make any last-minute changes.

Cancellation 3 days or less before commencement of safari – Zero refund, 100% cancellation charges apply. Refunds due to you in the event of safari cancellation can only be credited to the original credit / debit card used in making of initial payment, if within 6-months of paying.

A 30% deposit on all services (accommodations, road transfers, etc.) is required. When you pay this deposit, your booking is now confirmed. We’ll verify your trip with all our suppliers and ensure they have your and your party’s necessary travel details.
