Amboseli National Park is in southern Kenya. It’s known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania. Observation Hill offers panoramas of the peak and the park’s plains and swamps. Varied wildlife includes giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species. The western section is dominated by vast Lake Amboseli, which is dry outside the rainy season.
Pick Up from your Airport/hotel and proceed for a 5 hours drive towards maasai mara. Get the chance to soak in the beautiful views as we descend to the great escarpment with a possible stop over.
Arrive at the park in good time for lunch and proceed with check in, lunch and relaxation.
At 4 Oclock head out for a two hours game drive at the park in search Masai Giraffe, Lion,Cheetah, Leopard, elephants and other wild animals.
After breakfast, leave with packed lunch head out for a full day game drive within the park and the mara river.
Masai Mara is renowned for the spectacular great migration that takes place in July through to October. During this period you get to enjoy the wildebeest crossing as they are being hunted by the crocodiles while land predators await them in the mainland. You can spot all of the big five (Lion, leopard, rhino, elephant & cape buffalo at any time of the year.

After breakfast, proceed with check out and start your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park via the mau summit. Arrive at the park in good time for lunch, proceed with check in and relaxation. At 4 Oclock head out for an evening game drive within the lake in search of the flamingoes, rhinos and other wild animals.
After breakfast, proceed with check out as you exit the park and drive south towards amboseli national park arriving at sopa lodge amboseli in good time for lunch. Proceed with check in and relation. Afterwards, head out for a game drive in the park in search pof elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes and many more wild animals.
Early morning and evening game drives within the park in search of more wildlife with game around the swamp. Afterwards spend the rest of the day exploring lodge amenities.
After breakfast, check out of the lodge and start your journey back to nairobi with drop off at your hotel or airport.
This tour has an age range of 12-70 years old, this means children under the age of 12 will not be eligible to participate in this tour. However, if you are over 70 years please contact us as you may be eligible to join the tour if you fill out G Adventures self-assessment form.
